Hi Anthony: We have never met, but I also live in Hanover. I have 3 children. My youngest is 1 year younger than you. I have been reading your blog and wanted to tell you how truly impressed I am with your honesty, your positive attitude and your ability to express yourself so fully at such a young age. All of those characteristics will carry you very far in life. I love the picture of your family - especially the big smile on your face. You are in my thoughts and prayers daily.
Hello Anthony and family. Although we do not know each other, I just wanted to say I am amazed at your strength and hope that just knowing that people in Hanover are thinking of you gives you hope on days you are not feeling well.
Hi Anthony! I'm glad to hear that you were feeling better yesterday! I sure do miss having you in my math class. My homeroom is currently in last place for the candy sale. Mr. Henderson and Mrs. Kosak's homerooms are in first and second. My homeroom students don't seem very motivated to sell candy, but they're pretty awesome kids so I can't complain! I rewarded a group of kids today during academic support. Students who earned a 105 on all their POWs for term 2 had an ice cream sundae party and we also played a group game of Jenga. I think the kids liked it, or at least liked it better than silent reading. My son Drew turns 2 this week. I can't believe it. He's starting to talk more and more and even attempted to say "cock a doodle doo" tonight. I'm thinking about you and you family a lot. I hope you continue to have good days.
Hi Anthony, what a great family picture. You sure do look like your dad. Your smile says you are feeling better. Please know you are a true life hero. I hope your recovery is speedy and that the side effects of the chemo lessen with each day. I've never met you but am so impressed with your courage. Carry on young man.
